Jen Fulwiler Made Me Faint.

HI THERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you're here visiting from Conversion Diary, then please let me extend a super warm WELCOME! to you:)
"Hello, new friend."

When my real life friend Mary told me that Jen had just blogged about my blog, I started FREEEEAKING OUT and doing a seal clap, and frankly I've been doing it ever since.
 My arms hurt like crazy!!!
Forget the 30 Day Shred, I should just do the seal clap all day every day!
Those seals know what's up.
SO focused.

The only  time I stopped seal clapping was when we were eating dinner and then for one brief moment about a half hour into the clapping, when I tripped up the stairs.
No for real. I really tripped UP the stairs.
Because I like making an ass of myself, even if I'm my only audience.
Why is there a button in there? I never said ANYthing about a button.

Anyhow, thank you for being here!!! We're going to have LOTS OF FUN!!!!!
You better run like hell.
And a huge, huge big old humongousjungous THANK YOU to Jen Herself!!!!
Jen you are so awesome! I'm going to send you a PRESENT!

And it's not a pet scorpion, just in case you were worried.

  6. I was so glad to see she shared! I feel the same way about your blog, which I just discovered a few weeks ago via Sarah @Amongst Lovely Things -the Morning Sickness post, I think it was. Read your story and some back posts and laughed and cried. Each post is like a little present. Shared the family prayer post with my husband tonight. :)

And homeschooling tips, too! What more could I ask...it's encouraging, informative, and utterly hilarious all at the same time!!! Thank you for sharing your gift!

  16. I'm so happy that Jen shared your blog with us. I really enjoyed your post and sense of humor. BTW.....I too have taken teens on Steubenville retreats. Sooooooo......you were one of the reasons for the midnight rosaries??????? I might even know the woman with the megaphone. LOL!!! Thankfully, the tent I stayed in was a bit quieter. Not that I slept at all anyway. ;-)

  27. I love Jen's blog! And thanks to her, now I love YOUR blog! I'm spending all day laughing my butt off at -- no no no, WITH, with -- the two of you and allowing my children to wallpaper the floor with construction paper and Elmer's glue.

And while I was typing the first two sentences, they stopped with the floor. Then one dropped a chair on her toe and started screaming bloody murder, while the other took a green marker to Jesus' face in "My First Read and Learn Book of Prayers." Now Jesus looks like a Martian. (Toddler: "Uh-oh! Jesus?")

But I already know... you understand.

  28. My husband was reading Jen's blog on his phone last night and I heard him guffaw loudly from the other room. He came in to share some of the excerpts Jen posted from your Adventures in Family Prayer and he couldn't breathe, he was laughing so hard. Went to read the whole thing (and then some) - the the kids hanging around no less - and well...suffice it to say your are indeed a kindred spirit. Grateful to Jen for sending some serious blog lovin' our way.

  29. I came over from Jen's blog too last night. You had me laughing so hard I was crying and unable to breathe at the same time. It was awesome! I adore your pictures! I don't have any kids and you had me dying. Which made me think of Jen's poop fates. By laughing at your blog did I just cause any future children children to be....ummmmm......extra creative. Oh I hope not! If they are- I'm hunting you down for some advice!

  32. Oh, my goodness...I am pregnant with my fourth and due this weekend. Between your praying-with-kids post, morning-sickness post, and bedtime-with-kids post, I think you may just kick start my labor! And I could seriously use that, because this is my third VBAC and I need all the help I can get. Laughing so hard....
