Mm. Mm. Mm.

I got one word to say: NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMS. One word.
I feel so grateful that Dan loves to cook, because y'all? I don't feel like cookin all the time. I mean I like to cook, don't get me wrong. But I also like to share.
Now THAT'S enthusiasm.
Hot chef. I no share le Hot Chef.

Speaking of  sharing,  how funny is this  next picture?
Martha: I'm going to kill you after this segment
Rachel: yeah okaaay, Gramma Jailbird. Time for you to retire to Skylands.
    So intense.
I was actually just looking for a pic of Martha and her perfect little bowls of ingredients, which some sweating employee hath perfectly measured for her before each show, because I feel like if someone did that for me all the time I would be a way more enthusiastic cook.
But then I found that little gem of a picture and I couldn't resist.
The hubs saw this "Lighter Chicken Francese" recipe over at Skinnytaste. Ever try her recipes before? If you haven't, you're missing out. EVERY single thing she makes is delicious. And lowfat... which typically means "not delicious", but not in this case. Just trust me. And try her recipes.
I'm going to shut up now and show you some pictures of our dinner, which I took while trying not to salivate all over the table.

Nothing says "class" like the Paper Towel. By God, it's handsome.

Yum, yummers, yummy, yummo. I think the hubs deserves a standing ovation for this meal. Everybody loved it, and I don't know what the heck is wrong with our kids, but they ate the lemon rinds. I didn't get any pictures of that because I was too busy looking horrified.
This recipe is quick and easy and budget friendly. What's not to love? Go make it!!:)

  4. Martha is a nasty piece of work and so is Rachel. The difference? Tachel really cooks. Martha has her zombie staff do all the work. Good source. BTW the dish looks great-nice blog there Heather!

some comments on this page "Mm. Mm. Mm.". I actually do have 2 questions
for you if you do not mind. Could it be only me or do some of these comments look as if they are coming from brain dead folks?
:-P And, if you are writing at additional online sites, I'd like to keep up with you. Would you make a list of all of all your social community pages like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?
